 Karen Drebes, owner and president of The Coordinator Group offers over 30 years' experience in the business world. She is trained and certified for the SettlementRoom® and GURUnet® Direct platforms. Karen is experienced in residential sales and condo conversions - her forte is document management, and she is the principal of DocManagers.com. She is well versed with the latest Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. She particularly enjoys working with Adobe Acrobat for file conversion and creating online forms, Excel for databases and Word for mail merge projects. Karen is degreed from Central Michigan University.
Chuck Drebes, partner and vice president, offers over 30 years of executive management and leadership. A former CFO, COO, and CEO, Chuck now turns his experience to virtual TC - Transaction Coordination - for residential and condo conversions. He is particularly adept with closing instructions, HUD review, pro forma and financial spreadsheets. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University and has taken extensive additional accounting and business courses at Walsh College, Troy, Michigan. He is SettlementRoom® trained and certified.  Chris Drebes, partner, is a former business owner who knows that the client is the most important ingredient in any business. His years in "Print on Demand" digital printing taught him the importance of quick turnarounds and deadlines. He is experienced in public relations and follow-through with attention to details. He has extensive experience in setting up and following through on large and small condo conversion projects. Chris has great phone and human relations communication skills. He is computer savvy and has received his SettlementRoom certification.
